Private Equity Associate/Analyst
DWM is seeking a dynamic Associate/Analyst to join the Private Equity team, which manages approximately USD $150 million in private equity capital. The Associate/Analyst will play a key role in the evaluation and execution of potential investments for these funds as well as manage and analyze liquidity events of current portfolio investments.

Financial Analyst-Latin America
Developing World Markets is seeking a dynamic Financial Analyst with Spanish and ideally Portuguese language fluency, who will join a growing team of finance professionals with a strong social mission and an active deal flow of debt, equity and structured products in microfinance and other socially positive assets. The Financial Analyst will report directly to the relationship manager for Latin America and assist in the firm's social investment banking and fund management activities. The position is based at DWM's head office in Darien, CT.
Bank Transformation Specialist
From time to time we become aware of opportunities to provide consulting services to client MFIs. A current such opportunity requires a Bank Transformation Specialist with strong operational experience in microfinance to support and guide the transformation of a DWM partner institution into a bank. The successful candidate will initially be hired on a part-time consultancy basis for 3-5 months (Phase 1), which may lead to a full-time position with a one-year contract (Phase 2). He/she will work closely with the company's management and report to its board of directors. The MFI is located in Eastern Europe and the consultant will be expected to spend approx. 10 days per month onsite during Phase 1.
