Our Philosophy

DWM is committed to making its investment decisions in accordance with proven solutions for sustainable development. To date we have made such investments primarily in the microfinance sector, but we are committed to targeting a broader array of development solutions (see adjacent spaces).

We are equally committed to ensuring that our investments and other activities create socially positive results in general for the global community by adhering to certain principles that are in line with our mission and beliefs.

Principles

Our investment philosophy also includes the protection of microfinance borrowers who represent the ultimate impact of our investments into MFIs. In addition, we are committed to incorporating Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance issues into our investments and other activities.
