Jessica joined DWM in 2009 as a member of the private equity team. During her first two years with the company, Jessica focused on evaluating, executing and monitoring equity investments. More recently, she has become the equity team's Microfinance Operations Manager, a position through which she plays an active role in managing DWM's portfolio companies.

From 2007-2009, Jessica was a Management Associate at ProCredit Holding, a group of banks focused on serving small businesses in Eastern Europe, Latin America, and Africa. At ProCredit, she implemented projects to raise equity capital, improve the human resources and marketing strategies of the holding's subsidiaries, evaluate market risks, and conduct training for the group's senior managers. As a Bosch Foundation Fellow in Germany in 2006, she focused on the topic of SME financing at KfW Development Bank, a German government-owned bank that finances investments in developing countries.

Jessica served as Operations Manager at Partners for the Common Good (PCG), a nonprofit loan fund, from 2003 to 2004 and later worked with PCG as an underwriting consultant. Since 2009, Jessica has served on PCG's Loan Advisory Committee. Her experience also includes a year in Nepal where she worked with Pact's Women's Empowerment Program to promote village banking and microenterprise development.

Jessica holds a Masters degree from Harvard University's Kennedy School, for which she received a full scholarship as a Public Service Fellow. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Princeton University with an A.B. in Politics. She speaks German and has working knowledge of Spanish.
