Jocelyne Francis

After working as an intern for DWM, Jocelyne returned to DWM in 2011 to provide support for the fund management team, specifically focusing on country and currency analysis for the DWM portfolios.
Prior to joining DWM, Jocelyne worked as a "Stanford in Government Fellow" in the Trade and NAFTA office in the Mexican Embassy in Washington D.C. While there, she was responsible for economic and policy analysis, and translation. During her undergraduate studies she spent a quarter abroad in Chile; she has also lived or travelled extensively in Mexico, Ecuador, Peru, and Bolivia.
Jocelyne received her B.A. in International Relations with Interdisciplinary Honors in Latin American Studies from Stanford University, where she also minored in Economics and Modern Languages. She is fluent in Spanish and proficient in Portuguese.
