Joy joined DWM in 2006. As Controller, Joy is responsible for the general accounting of DWM, office management, and all back office functions, including servicing and administering all the funds on which DWM is the Issuer or Servicer. Joy maintains the relationships with all third party providers who assist on the funds, including auditors and accountants.
Prior to joining DWM, Joy worked as the Controller at Walker Digital Management, a company that creates and markets solutions for the gaming industry as well as at Milestone Capital Management, a cash management firm. Earlier she worked in the back office of an emerging markets fund as well as a staff accountant at a municipality.
Joy received her BA in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire and is working on her Masters in Accounting.
