Odette joined DWM in 2010. As the Finance and Accounting Manager she focuses on the preparation of the financial statements and other financial reports and analyzes the business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations. She also develops, maintains, and analyzes budgets and reconciles financials and the Net Asset Value (NAV) of various managed funds.
Prior to joining DWM she worked as director/manager of operations for various for profit companies in the US. Previously she started and managed her own business, which became one of the largest Xerox dealerships in Romania for more than 10 years.
Odette received a Master of Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, an Executive MBA from Washington University in Seattle and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest. She is a CPA.
She is fluent in Romanian and proficient in French.
