Vivek joined DWM in 2008 and currently works on the Risk & Credit Management team, focusing on existing portfolio companies. He also is responsible for conducting due diligence and financial analysis of the international networks & holding companies that own and support DWM's portfolio companies, as well as for investments into banks and adjacent industries.
Before working in Risk & Credit Management, Vivek was a member of the Debt Investments team where he originated, structured, and executed investments into companies in Asia and the Middle East. Prior to joining DWM, Vivek worked as an intern at Endeavor in New York City, which provides strategic advisory to high-impact small and medium enterprises in emerging markets.
He graduated from The Ohio State University with a BA in Economics and a minor in International Studies, with a concentration in Development. He's received microfinance risk evaluation training from Planet Rating and is proficient in Spanish.
